Volunteer Opportunities:

Our friendly and knowledgeable volunteers are the heart and soul of the Cultural Center. Our volunteers create a gracious, warm environment for our visitors.

The following are some of the volunteer positions we have available. Please call us to find out more and to set up a time.

Greeter:

Assures that every guest is acknowledged and provided with informational material about current gallery exhibitions, classes and workshops.  Assist in student registration and answer telephone calls.

Data Entry:
Update mailing list requests, Artist information, Newsletter information and Volunteer Mailings etc…

Volunteer hours needed to be filled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10AM to 3PM,

Thursday evenings from 5PM to 7PM, and Saturdays from 10AM to Noon.
These are two hour shifts.

The volunteer would work at the reception desk, greet visitors, have them sign our guest book, assist in information on the current gallery exhibits, and class/workshop information. This is an important function as our volunteers are very visible as volunteer staff for the Central Wisconsin Cultural Center.

Set up:
This would be helping set-up chairs for recitals, performances, and special meetings. This would be an “on-call” volunteer need. Volunteers interested in helping set-up and move pedestals, chairs and office furniture would be called when the need arises.
